We start with an Operational Audit. A working session on your actual operation, followed by a written report that shows where you've become the bottleneck, what it's costing in hours and in euros, and which system to build first. It's paid, it's practical, and it's yours whether or not you ever build with us.

Then we build the one system that fixes it. Usually that means quotes going out in minutes instead of days, missed calls captured and booked instead of lost, invoices raised from the job record instead of retyped, and customers followed up automatically instead of forgotten.
